Average Thriller In Which Clint Eastwood (Who Also Directs) Stars As A Master Thief, Who Is A Witness To Murder, In Which The U.S. President Is Involved. The Crime Is Naturally Covered-Up, But The One Piece Of Evidence That Proves The President Is Guilty Is In The Hands Of The Thief.
Not As Good As Most Of His Other Works But Enjoyable Enough.
