Review of Absolute Beginners (1986) by Dean B — 12 Jan 2008
When they called it 'Absolute Beginners', little did I realise that they were referring to the filmmakers. Utterly diabolical, nonsensical rubbish that somehow manages to ruin by going off in a tangent at the end.
A few well-staged musical numbers but that's about all this film is worth.
