The impression I got from trailers for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter turned out to be accurate for the movie as a whole: it's a funny premise... for a short film. But the absurdity of the premise never fit for me with the earnest, serious tone the movie delivers.
.. a clash which I have no doubt makes it perfect for some people.
