Too much plot, but Seagal does cause several compound fractures. The cutting-edge "CIA drug runners" plot seemed far-fetched for its day, now it's a sad reminder of the naivete of Hollywood.
Not even any decent kills, just your everyday assortment of men thrown through glass windows.
