This movie is is a bit better than "Hard To Kill," because it has better action scenes. It has some okay action scenes that could've been better, stupid one-liners, stupid dialogue, bland/stupid villains, average acting that is bad for the most part and a bad plot.
This movie isn't really worth checking out. 4.5/10.
