Back in the late 1980s there was this new action guy named Steven Seagal. Everyone thought Seagal was pretty cool, because unlike Arnold and Stallone, Seagal wasn't a muscle man and was therefore more "realistic".
So Steven Seagal made this movie called "Above the Law", which was actually a pretty decent cop movie (mainly because it was directed by Andrew Davis). Best part of this movie? Seeing a lanky Steven Seagal run with that weird floppy wrist thing he does.
