Review of About Time (2013) by Jay I — 03 Dec 2014
"About Time" is a story without a conflict and thus a story without a point. Knowing this, director Richard Curtis decides to bash us over the head with his platitudes on life through Domhnall Gleeson's mawkish voice-overs until we finally vomit so much that the vomit in the toilet fills up to our eyes and blinds us with his sentimental vision.
THIS IS POETRY.
