This Richard Curtis film is absolutely fantastic. If you love his other films, like Love Actually or Notting Hill, you should definitely watch About Time. This movie perfectly encapsulates the awkwardness of life and love.
The characters aren't glamorized. They are made to seem like normal people through slightly misfitting clothing, minimal makeup, fringe that is cut too short, and quirky personalities. The romance between Tim and Mary is one of the sweetest interactions I've seen on screen.
It is a touching movie that teaches us to live life to the fullest because we only live it once.
