About Time evolves from a cute, interesting concept to a mature, emotional story that will make for pause. The movie is largely romantic but it's the main character's relationship with his father that brings out the strengths of the story and the director alike, introducing the more sensitive parts of the the time travel concept in a tactile and thoughtful way.
