Review of About Time (2013) by Ben-Ji A — 14 May 2014
One of the most boring and annoying films I've seen since Rachel McAdams' last "time travel love story". Filled with pointless and dull scenes that rely on the charm of English accents to entertain and amuse.
With no conflict and no consequence of time travel, theres no real over arching story that leaves each scene to awkwardly move into the next one. Not once does the fantasy "time travel" aspect have any consequences and on the off chance that it did, it was immediately fixed with more time travel in the next scene.
The editor needs to be fired, this film could have been easily cut down by 30min maybe even 45min.
