I assumed this was going to be a sort of whimsical dark comedy, but this movie is much more than that. It is a rather bleak and punishing look at life in America, but I mean that in the best way possible.
It's deceptive simplicity makes it all the more impressive. You may still laugh at a few points, but be ready to examine your own life while watching this one.
