Nothing revolutionary a typical romantic comedy, staring Kevin Hart as the lead instead of a co-star. Which is sort of amusing because the movie focuses more on Ealy character than Hart's.
About Last Night has your typical romantic movie plot and script. However casting Hart and Regina Hall for the comedic portion works, but for so long.
Then romantic portion takes over and the same drawn out cliche scenarios take place. Couple meets are madly in love, couple stumbles over clichà (C)s of men not being able to commit, women rushing or pushing men to commit to relationships. They work through these small things building their love; until yes you guessed a past lover returns to test their bond.
Like I said About Last Night offers nothing new or innovative, just the same mundane films with KEVIN HART. Exactly how Hollywood prefers it.
