Review of Aberdeen (2000) by Bill T — 08 May 2009
Liked this one a lot. This road movie, about an estranged Father and Daughter joining in a car ride to Aberdeen to visit sick Mom, is actually quite darkly funny, and touching as well. All the leads are great here, with my main man Ian Hart playing a great supporting role as a truck driver with a heart of gold.
Very nicely paced and directed, this one's a great movie I can reccomend if you're looking for something off the beaten track.
