Lautner isn't bad here, but what is, is the lazy paint-by-numbers action script from a director whose fall from grace (Boyz N tha Hood) is equally as shameful. It had DTV all over it, but Lautner's star power, along with Molina, Weaver, and others kept it theatrical.
