Wasted potential, but at least now there is a Bourne Identity your daughter can watch. Seriously, people get shot at the beginning of the movie, and with the suppressed gun and lack of blood and even clothing tear, it looked like they were just tranquilized.
Didn't realized they were dead until the other character's reactions. (even other PG13 movies have the decency to show something).
