Review of Aamir (2008) by Kerie C — 27 Aug 2010
There is something so refreshing about a thriller that doesn't try to have it all come out OK in the end with a happy ending for the hero. Though I probably never will get used to serious Indian movies throwing an upbeat-sounding song into what is essentially a somber and dangerous moment in the film.
But that's what I watch Indian films for -- because American ones are so boring and predictable for the most part.
