Annoyingly cuties-pie and saccharine because of Ava DuVernay's dubious capability of directing, A Wrinkle In Time offers pathetic dialogue and dull writing and acting at best riddled by an over-reliance on CGI consisting of a Teletubbies-esque colorful rainbow happy world, Reese Witherspoon turning into a giant flying piece of lettuce and animate mobile flowers.
