Okay, this is basically the Bollywood version of "24." They even have a character, played by Jimmy Shergill, who is basically Jack Bauer. If you like Indian movies, and want to watch a cops-vs.-terrorist procedural, then this is the best one yet.
I wouldn't recommend it to people who aren't into Indian movies though, as some of the acting is really bad, by Hollywood standards. And some of the FX are even worse.
And no, no song and dance.
