Review of A Walk to Remember (2002) by Ryan C — 17 Jun 2013
It is very slow starting and too predictable in the beginning. But if you hold in there, it take s a big unexpected turn when you find out about her dying of cancer and makes the watch well worth it.
They are the two people in two different worlds coming together as he is the bad boy and she is the church girl and somehow he ends up just not being as bad as he seems and changing for her.
The development is too simple and predictable and the story is very straightforward. But using the cancer twists elevates the movie enough to make it a good watch that is worth the time.
