Review of A Walk in the Woods (2015) by Ellen K — 24 Jan 2015
Saw this at Sundance and didn't know much about it beforehand. It was such a refreshing movie with Redford and Nolte making an unusual pairing that just works. Although comedic, the story holds some good messages about growing old and finding oneself that keeps your interest and makes you ponder well after leaving the theater.
The cinematography is amazing and makes you feel you want to get out and be with nature. The trail has a starring role in this film if for nothing else go see the film for this.
