Review of A Walk in the Woods (2015) by Lee T — 05 Sep 2015
This movie is an excellent adaptation of the book, which was in and of itself not an adventure story, but the story of a rather brave undertaking of two elderly guys, Redford and Nolte to walk the Appalachian Trail.
It is a beautifully filmed amble and a treat to see the gorgeous scenery that most of us would never see. For those who have grown old(er) with Redford and Nolte and enjoyed their performances in their youth, you will enjoy it so much.
Redford is the straight man, and lets Nolte steal the show. Their partnership is delightful!
