It is always a disapointment when a great book is reduced to 120 minutes of film. The acting was subpar....especially from Redford, and the script was watered down....yet the scenery was breathtaking. Which in turn makes me want to get out and hike.
...at least in the Blue Ridge and Shannandoa areas.
