Remember those type of movies that you can just get a big bucket of buttered popcorn, sit back, relax and just have a good time at a movie? Well, that's A Walk in the Woods. Funny, emotional and just enough wisdom to make you think, AWinW is a great reminder of a small movie that can do big things.
On a side note, it's great seeing Nick Nolte again. Redford does a good job as the main character, but Nolte hits a homerun as his sidekick and broken friend, Katz.
