Review of A View to a Kill (1985) by Kevin H — 06 Apr 2009
Roger Moore's final outing as James Bond shows that he really had lost touch with the character or perhaps was just playing it bad on purpose to get out. There really isn't anything good I can say about this film.
It wastes the talents of Patrick Macnee and Christopher Walken, features way too much Grace Jones, has some of the worst action scenes in any Bond film and I won't even bother getting started on the snowboard sequence.
A debacle on every level, A View To A Kill should have been killed before it even got out of pre-production.
