The worst Roger Moore Bond movie. His stunt men should have had a bigger credit. He's way too old for this shit and the whole thing plays out like a tired, worn out old nag. It also features the worst use of a film's title EVER! "What a view.
" "To a kill!" Walken could have been a fantastic Bond villain but he's squandered. Bond is also inept and almost bungling.
