Review of A View to a Kill (1985) by Spencer T — 06 Jul 2008
Moore's last (and arguably worst) outing as 007. There's still some inventive action though, The last confrontation via the blimp and the golden gate bridge is memorable. Christopher Walken is sadly underused and doesn't get much of a personality until the end of the film.
The worst part about this movie is Tanya Roberts as a screaming geologist, but the film is enjoyable in terms of watching and thinking about what the next crazy stunt is going to be. But Roger Moore was too old and nothing can/could hide it from audiences.
