A very very very long engagement it should be called, the film seems to drag out forever, I watched half then asked my friend what I knew already about the ending, and stopped watching, it's got lots of the usual war time scenes.
Would you carry your crippled girlfriend to the top of a lighthouse? that was the only thing this got me thinking about.
