Review of A Time to Kill (1996) by Luke M — 05 Jul 2008
This movie is a great find, it's loaded with big names, and all of them deliver. Most notabley the leads Kevin Spacey and Samuel Jackson who carve their characters to perfection. Who knew Matthew McConaughey was capable of acting.
There are many great lines in this movie. It is very well paced and has the right tempo to follow suit with the simple yet heartstricking plot. McConaughey's final words to the jury are moving and the ending really ties in the messages.
