Honestly, I don't see the reasoning behind all the hate. I didn't really care Eddie Murphy wasn't being his prototypical "verbal comedian" because to me this movie shouldn't ahve been a comedy.
That's my only issue: they tried to make this into an Eddie Murphy comedy when the script clearly wasn't.
