Review of A Thousand Words (2012) by Latresha F — 29 Jun 2012
I normally don't mind insightful movies that are partially about finding your inner peace but this might be a movies for the dumpsters. The fact that his demons was he was mad at his father for dying is crazy.
Never once in the whole hour was that the issue and to bring it up to wrap up his issue of being an over zealous, talkative, self absorbed man doesn't connect with the ending. I get that the daddy issues are there but really he didn't think to use his voice to tell or show his wife the issue/ situation but to tell his assistant who obviously was really the main person in this movie.
I do believe that he just got b-line in his own movie. Pity really when you think of how Eddie Murphy career is typically for his self- involvement and. Wow how the mighty fall and, and really hard like a tree getting cut down.
Well I'd like to take a moment to notice that in all thatched horrible firewood of a movie did it explain is the tree going to just grow and he not going to have this problem later... I'm just saying its stupid!
