Review of A Thousand Clowns (1965) by Derrick T — 09 Nov 2009
A largely forgotten film that features tremendous performances from Jason Robards and child actor Barry Gordon. Robards' Uncle Murray is quite a character, ranging from hilarious to sympathetic to just plain frustrating.
His wisecracks and antics really steal the show. Plus the movie had Principal George Feeney in it, so how could it be bad?
