Review of A Tale of Two Sisters (2003) by Peter A — 16 Oct 2012
This got off to a slow start and at first I was unimpressed but stick with it as the slowly mounting tension and reveals draw you in. Shot mainly in daylight with a limited palette the cinematography is cooly effective in drawing you into the fractured mind of Su-mi.
Good direction and creepy soundtrack augment a robust plot with good performance from the cast. One of the better entries from the burgeoning Korean horror genre.
