Review of A Streetcar Named Desire (1951) by Leah B — 28 Feb 2009
Brilliantly structured by Tennessee Williams and played to a T by the entire cast, though Leigh and Brando deservedly get most of the meat. The character development and plot turns are so rich they might be illegal.
Credit to Kazan for orchestrating it all.
