A Street Cat Named Bob has its heart in the right place but doesn't quite hit all the right notes in this drama of homelessness in London. It does jump through story points a little too quickly and another director may have given this more drama and maybe thrown in surreal qualities for the main character doing cold turkey.
Still for all that, it's still a decent feel good movie and it's Bob (the cat) who is the star of this film with some cat-based comedy for light relief. Worth a watch at the end of the day.
