It's total formula, but it's enjoyable and a true story which makes it a feel good movie that most kids can watch. You probably want to keep children younger than 10 from seeing this due to adult themes of drug use.
Luke Treadaway turns in a likable performance as James Bowen a drug addict and street singer trying to turn his life around. There's no question where this is going, but the journey is fun and the cat is incredible.
Final Score: 7.7/10.
