Review of A Story Worth Living (2016) by Gary E — 18 May 2016
1. Horrible bait and switch marketing. I thought this was going to be about adventure motorcycling not six grown ass men sitting around talking about the psychological trauma of being rejected romantically at the playground at 12 years old, then riding, like 80 miles on the dirt.
2. If you're going to bait and switch me and make this a movie about your chiristian beliefs, then stick to Christian beliefs. Talking about how star wars is like the story of Jesus makes for an abortion of a story.
3. Speaking for story, I don't understand how a guy who made a decent living as a writer could vomit such word poor script. Every third word was "story". I think it came down to filming day and they said oh well, repeat the title like 800 times over and over and no one will notice. I have never heard a worse narrative in my entire life.
4. Save your money. I'm going to ask for mine back. This was like going in for a sale at the Apple Store and ending up with a sack of potatoes.
