A beautiful rendition of this love story. Lady Gaga exceeds expectations, while Bradley Cooper's damaged character is tragically believable. The supporting cast, including the hypnotic Sam Elliot, deliver outstanding performances as well.
Between the chemistry of Gaga and Cooper, the sweet melodies, and the raw emotions, this retelling is sure to become a classic Hollywood hit. The film wavers in some instances, but always brings you back to the central relationship, showcasing the beauty and flaws of enduring love.
