I am not certain what is up with people's taste these days. How this movie has a higher score than Bad Times at the El Royale is beyond me. This movie is mediocre mediocre mediocre. I suppose Lady Gaga surprises people and she did better than I expected, but that doesn't make this a great movie.
It's- okay. The chemistry between the two is great. However the plot is boring, the movie feels and is long as you know where the story is going, and that's it. I am not saying it's terrible, and probably a good starter for Cooper, but- it's just not that engaging, surprising or interesting.
