A truly heart-warming love story where Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper nail their performances, complementing each other flawlessly as if they had been living together for years prior. This film does an excellent job depicting how their two stories: one a talented man living his dream despite struggling with alcoholism and depression, another a woman working toward achieving her dreams but without the platform and support required to get there, melded together by fate to give each other the love and direction they both needed.

The film tackles mental health and addiction head-on showing that even with the undying support of loved ones and access to the highest-quality treatment options, sometimes those battles cannot be won if initially-developed in adolescence and left chronically-untreated.
