Review of A Star Is Born (2018) by Charlie J — 27 Oct 2018

I felt no connection with the main character Jackson, I actually quite disliked him. His addiction was not explained and there was no backstory. His relationship with Gaga felt unrealistic with how quick it progressed and the ending was overly obvious with the big nooses shown in one of the first scenes. Lady Gaga and her character however were amazing and the music was incredible.

Overall pretty mediocre but the music needs to be heard.
