Review of A Star Is Born (2018) by Gerónimo G — 10 Oct 2018
The first half is an absolute masterpiece while the second is pretty good reaching a perfect finale that goes beyond tearjerking and touches the human soul. Cooper presents a fantastic debut and my favorite performance of his entire career.
Lady Gaga astonishes with the crude realism of her subtle heartbreaking gestures and the explosive reactions to the tragic events in the story. A + photography and music.
