Review of A Star Is Born (2018) by Mahsa K — 04 Oct 2018

This movie was tragically beautiful. Lady Gaga's acting debut in a movie could not have been more perfect. Her performance was raw, astonishing, and so natural. Some of the scenes mirrored what I'm sure most celebrities feel in their everyday lives.

Now on to Bradley Cooper, we've known the guy can act for a while now, but the way he directed this movie was just so well done. My favorite choices made were the slow motion bits when the pair were getting to know each other, it just captured what everyone feels when they're starting to get to know someone for the first time it was just great.

I will be going back to the theatre multiple times to watch this gem as well as purchasing the physical movie when it comes out.
