Music is how love feels and love is how music sounds. This movie tells the story of two musicians wrapped around the strings of a guitar and the instrument of the soul. Two musicians, Jack (Bradley Cooper) and Ally (Lady Gaga), embodied with two completely different personalities learn to pick each other up in the good times and the bad times.
When alcohol and drugs become a part of Jack's daily life, the melody and rhythm of this love story seem to deter from the melody and rhythm portrayed by Jack and Ally at the beginning of the film.
When a friend is in need of help, be there for them. Just like Ally was always there for Jack during his addiction. Or was this movie about Jack giving up his career so that Ally could begin her musical career and legacy? The ending of the movie ends with a note.
A musical note of love, forgiveness, and remembrance. Lady Gaga is exceptional in her first movie debut and deserves to be nominated for an Academy Award. Bradley Cooper's directorial debut was outstanding.
