Review of A Star Is Born (1976) by Terri H — 04 Oct 2008
A movie that took a falling star and gave him a second chance with another not so famous lounge act that he made into a grammy award winning singer. I realize this movie has been made before bur the chemistry between barbra streisand and kris kristofferson made this remake worth seeing over and over.
you learn to love how they love eachother and try to get over her impending fame and his over the top addiction problem. in the end it is a tearjerker when she remakes his songs and sings to a crowd with lit lighters to honer her loss.
I love this movie.
