Review of A Soldier's Story (1984) by Lee P — 07 Oct 2009
Judging by the cover (not looking at the cast,just knew DW was in it) I thought that was Denzel W playing the main part.
I was wrong,but they should remake this (do everything else) and place DW in Howard Rollins role.(I smell and oscar here).
This could of been soooo much better but the problem was the soundtrack,it was sooo cheesy and it felt like the movie was having difficulty trying to be a comedy/drama in places.
A great cast and story as these events do happen in real life through the years.
