As stylish a study of grief as you'll ever see, Colin Firth excels as a bereaved English Professor. There's also strong support from Julianne Moore, sporting her own flawless English accent and seemingly channelling Ab Fab-era Joanna Lumley.
It's one of those films where not much happens, but as a character study, it's endlessly watchable.
