Review of A Single Man (2009) by Jack G — 25 Jul 2011
George (Firth) plays a character who is lost after losing his one true love in a car crash. He is a teacher at a Californian school where one of his students befriends him and tries to strike up a relationship with him.
George is gay and had his bestest female friend, (moore) for company, he decides he has had enough and wants to kill himself, he makes all the plans and prepares to do it, things just keep getting in the way.
Emotional, dark and hits every sense. Firth is excetional, a role made for him.
