Review of A Single Man (2009) by Chris M — 01 Jan 2012
Some interesting ideas, but melodramatic and heavy-handed for the most part. The acting ranges from brilliantly subtle to pedestrian. Fairly predictable and pretentious direction, although when everything clicks, there are glimpses of brilliance (e.
G. the sleeping bag).
