This movie is NOT about mommies as much as it is a movie about women who happen to BE mommies. I am not a bio-mom but really enjoyed it anyway. I had no expectations re: movie as it just happened to fit our time slot.
Both my husband and I enjoyed it. Clever smart dialogue (sarcasticically funny & dry) and great plot. Fashion porn was extra. I am not a fan of either actress and still liked this movie very much due to Feig directed & produced of Bridesmaids & Spy fame.
Fun and ORIGINAL movie based on something called a book. It was not a sequel to anything and no one had super powers so that was refreshing as well. Go see with a girlfriend & have a martini afterwards or wine to discuss & giggle.
