The director can't decide if this is supposed to be a murder mystery with twists or a comedy. I was laughing by the end, but not because it was supposed to be funny. This movie was so ABSURD. It started out as a good 'who done it' but then morphed into a " I don't care who did it I just want it to be over!" movie.
The director also didn't give the viewer a sense of passage of time. He made it seem that on the SAME day of the wife's funeral that the friend and husband started getting it on and within a few days are moving in together and in love with each other.
The whole movie had gaps in rational thinking and they expected the viewer to have the same missing ability to rationalize how ridiculous this story line is. WAIT FOR IT TO COME OUT ON HBO. Save your money!
